Refrigerator Condenser Coils Dirty
This is a pretty common cause for a KitchenAid refrigerator not cooling. The condenser cools are responsible for dispersing heat
The condenser coil should be cleaned once per year and can be cleaned even more if you have a lot of dust or pet hair in your kitchen. A dirty coil may affect performance, but you can easily clean it using a vacuum or a long brush

Refrigerator Evaporator Fan Motor not working
The condenser fan motor works by drawing air over the condenser coils to cool them. Without a functional fan, your refrigerator could easily overheat and not cool properly.
Method: You can test the thermistor with a multimeter and determine if it is accurate. It will need to be replaced if there is no continuity or if the reading is incorrect. You can purchase a new thermistor from an appliance parts store or have a professional replace it for you.
